This sounds a great idea. Definitely support people who will create something for others to use and putting it in an otherwise dead space is a great idea.

Too right the youth should have a safe
place to have harmless fun. Too many kids wanna sit indoors and play their consoles, their only interaction with their friends, or other humans, is via a headset...
I spent all my spare time, as a kid, climbing trees, making zip lines and rope swings, building dirt jumps or down the skatepark.

this needs to be done, i will personally travel to this it would bring more money into portsmouth, you could put a cafe there would be ideal
