IN the United Kingdom, the legal voting age is 18 years old. In the United Kingdom, the legal age to start paying income tax is 16 years old; this means that in the United Kingdom, you pay money to a government you legally cannot vote for! Sign this petition to have the voting age lowered to 16 or the Income Tax age raised to 18, and help make Britain a better democracy. - Claire Bywalec.
