It's the students right to have wifi. They need it for school work.

Try writing a five page paper on mass incarceration and its relation to dystopian novels regarding the future on your ipad and then we'll talk. Try filling out numerous college applications and submitting essays to these institutions on your ipad and then we'll talk.

I understand that the administration is trying its best to solve issues but this is not the way to go. For one, the timing of this was horribly done. There are midyears coming up, for seniors there's college applications and scholarship applications, and there are students who take VHS. I know it is ideal for students to all use iPads, but there are websites not compatible with mobile devices. Also the seniors have outdated iPads. Mine is so slow I can only use it for google drive, notability, and the classroom app. Keep in mind my iPad is practically full of free space but it is still slow. I need to use my MacBook if I am going to get work done. I got one for the sake of doing schoolwork and having my wifi revoked takes away the ability to do this. This wifi ban is just highly inconvenient in every way possible.
A good majority of us students are studious and genuinely trying. We are all frustrated at not having the ability to do schoolwork in SCHOOL. We are a technology based school and currently can't use any of the technology. I hope you can understand why this is such a big deal for the students.
