That attack was 100 percent from Ghani, Karzai and their fascist team, no daesh no talibans were involved in that accident, hekmatyar has enough agents with current govt. they are very expert terror and mine makings.

We Hazara minority came on street to ask justice and equality but got respond by suicide attack. I do believe that Afghan government is main responsible on this attack. And even I think some people in government has been involved in organizing this attack. Hence I urge UN Secretary General to assign a team to come to Afghanistan and investigate about the attack
