This is a Crime Against Humanity, where the Afghanistan Government attempt to this crime should considerably sought by a third neutral party through a comprehensive, fair and just mechanism, and thus it requires the UN active involvement.

Ignorance and negligence of Afghan National Unity Government (NUG) either intentionally or unintentionally to take firm security measure for the protestors paved the way for such horrible event. Hence, NUG is asked to allow UN facts finding mission or other international human rights independent investigators to inquire and investigate the tragic incidence.
