Un-fare BC Transit

As a student who uses a bus pass multiple times a day (getting to and from school), I think it is totally unnecessary to get rid of them. It will make everything much more of a hassle, requiring students to purchase monthly passes. The green tickets were also a great way to save money when taking the bus. As for transfers, you should either go back to the way it was before, or have the day pass cost the same as transfers did in the past. Please fix this bctransit...

Seriously? The whole purpose of having public transit is that it is an inexpensive, convenient, and more eco-friendly alternative to everyone driving their own cars all the time. For people who cannot drive it is important that there is a reasonable alternative. I'm a student and I depend on the bus because I cannot drive. Do you seriously expect me, a student with little to no expendable finances, to pay ten dollars a day to go to school? I'm definitely not alone in this issue. I might as well just take a taxi.

Bring back the transfers you cheap fu**s! We do not need the electronic voice system either, this must be part the reason for the unfair changes.

I personally hate the hourly bus stops. Every hour is way to long to wait, especially for people in high school and college, and I think it should go back to every 20 minutes

I have kids who only take the bus one way home from school. The only route they can take forces a transfer. There's no way I'm paying 10 dollars a day to get them home

Whoa there BC transit, this isn't Toronto or Vancouver.. it just isn't 'fare' to start charging what they are when they have larger populations and further distances to travel. You make this difficult on ALL age groups. Parents rely on this service to get their kids to school on time and safely, Seniors use the service because some are impaired to drive and are unable to travel to certain areas by foot, and students depend on it to get them their daily courses. All you've done is gone up and have done nothing for years to make a positive impact for anyone but your own company. You do know there's a strong green movement and we should be doing every means necessary to get people out of their cars, especially in such a beautiful province that you name your Transit after.. Don't brush off our opinions and just think about it for once

Some people who take the bus cannot afford to drive a car, you're making it just as expensive to take the bus, and I think that's gross.

Keep the multi month youth pass. It's an efficient way for kids to not have to worry about monthly renewal and they take care of their personal cards.

I have always bought the multi pass as it gets me to and from school! And why would you not give a transfer? How would someone get on the next bus? This makes no sense!
