I have two children who take two routs to come home from school. It used to cost us $3.00 with using the youth green tickets for two of them but now it cost us $10. It impacts us greatly. Please bring the youth green tickets back. Your recent change is unfair to people who don't have other choice but take the bus.

As a youth of Victoria I have to pay for my own bus passes and this has made it much harder for me to afford them.

With the discontinuation of the green tickets, and the retirement of the transfers, a typical trip downtown and back has essentially doubled in cost.

I don't like that they took the Youth Pass away. It really doesn't make sense?! The city bus is very helpful for youth to be independent and get to and from activities. Low income families will not be able to afford the price jump and ridership will certainly be affected!!

Disgusting another way for a big corporation to make more money by taking more money from the people who need it the most - seniors, students & people on disabilities. Where is the incentive to "go green" as it will be cheaper to drive and still no great service out in the rural communities. If bus drivers were tired of arguing with customers about transfers too bad; deal with it as it is part of your job and what ever happened to the customer is always right!
