Cape the case load. Employers have no ideia how physical our job is and how our body suffers with endless amount of ultrasound studies we do on a daily basis.

I am scanning 18 patients in a eight hour shift. I’m getting double booked so I have 15 minutes to talk to the patient about their clinicals explain the exam scan make a diagnosis and write up my paperwork and fax to the radiologist.

I suffered a shoulder work related injury that was denied by work comp. their payed IME stated there is nothing in performing an ultrasound exam that could cause a shoulder injury.
