I have been hearing from so many of you who recognize how vital the non-league system is for developing young talent like Papis. Watching him sit on the sidelines while his teammates train is painful and it fuels my commitment to keep pushing for this rule change.

Ridiculous red tape. Let the lad play.
Its a joke. How is he supposed to prove himself if he cant even get on the pitch???
Free Papis! He just wants to play football. The FA need to wake up and look at the real world.
total nonsense. grassroots clubs rely on these players and the rules are just outdated and clunky. Sort it out.
Used to go watch him down at the club. The atmosphere is different when he plays and its a shame the bureaucracy is ruining his career before it even starts.
