Burocracy ruining the game again. just let the teams pick their own talent.
ITS A JOKE. FIFA rankings are garbage and shouldn't impact a guys career like this.
FIFA doesnt know anything about talent. pure nonsense.
Mark deserves this chance. These rules just punish players for where they were born.
Let him play! He is better than half the players already in the league.

Ridiculous red tape. Let the clubs decide who they want to sign. Its all about money anyway.
