This Petition is for the United Kennel Club , We are looking for The U.k.c to stop registering Litters of Females under the age of 1 years old. We need to help the Breed and got to address that many people are breeding puppies for more puppies. U.k.c needs to be more resonsible and Stop registering pups off Litter which their dam is under one year old. Below is what Ukc allows.. If the dam of a litter is under 8 months of age or over 10 years of age on the date of breeding, U.K.C. may require that the sire, the dam, and one puppy from the litter be DNA profiled through U.K.C. and the parentage verified before registering the litter.
