Recently I heard about puppy mills. Puppy mills, for the unfamiliar, are dog breeding farms where hundreds of female puppies are forced to have hundreds of babies to be sold. The dogs are kept outside; through the rain, sleet, snow, lighting, and hail. Multiple dogs are kept in small rabbit cages. Some of the dogs, get pipes jammed down there throats to damage there vocal chords so they can not bark. Most of the dogs, have never been outside of their cage, and cannot walk. currently, there is not a law against them. i started this site to hopefully raise awareness.
