I call upon the UHI Inverness Campus Project Board to include a 50 metre swimming pool, available for community use, in its plans for the new Inverness Campus. Please Note: Do not use apostrophes or single quotes when writing any comment as this can result in the quote being erased.

At present there is no 50 metre pool north of Stirling but such a facility would bring tremendous benefit to local swimmers in the Highlands and bring people to the area for competitions. Now is the time to push towards a modern state of the art swimming complex.
