I'm all for implementing a transit system for the UAH campus. The campus is split down the middle with STEM on one side and Liberal Arts on the other. This would be extremely helpful in getting across campus when needed.

I absolutely support the implementation of a transit system at UAH. Not only will it benefit non drivers, but also people with disabilities. I believe it is an essential part of a growing campus.

If you're going to make students pay $120 a year for parking, then we should be able to park where we choose. Also, a lot of students have night classes, how are we supposed to feel safe if we have to walk across campus to get back to our cars, especially us females?

We need a transit system in place of being able to drive. Think about kids who have to go from Morton to tech hall or from Shelby to tech hall. Please make things easier

If you're going to make parking such a pain for some students by reducing their viable parking options, you need to include a transit system to improve that condition.

The laughable lack of commuter parking by the BAB and Wilson is appalling; considering Shelby no longer has commuter parking either. The science students already parked in the BAB prior to these changes and this is only more harmful to such a large commuter based campus.

UAH doesn't listen to or respect students' wants or needs and it's ridiculous. I wish I hadn't decided on UAH now because the reasons I chose this university was for the perks that they offered that other colleges didn't. Now those perks are all being changed or taken away

The entire new parking system is ridiculous. All this shows is how out of touch the university truly is with its student body. When I was an incoming Freshman, a major selling point of UAH - one that was even advertised by the University - was it's open parking. This new system truly feels like a slap in the face for trusting the University with my future.
