This special permit will be an asset to the community. Giving people the opportunity to learn respect for not only for the horse but also themselves. Learning about partnership, dedication, and bonding with the effort young and old can experience with riding and caring of horses. The care, respect and love for not only the horses that will be there but also for the land and upkeep of the buildings and surrounding areas.

A boarding facility is the best case option to continue to use the land as intended. No one will take better care of this property than a quality boarding facility for very well cared for animals

Twin Acres is a flourishing equestrian business. It would be an honor to have them restore what once was a thriving horse ranch in Missouri Heights.

We know this family to be upstanding, genuine, long time locals. This is not Ascendigo II. We live in El Jebel and they have our support

Twin Acres. I support Twin Acres proposal. It is an appropriate use of the property and in keeping with historical uses. An owner has the right to develop and use their property as the deem appropriate. No neighboring subdivisions will be adversely impacted despite the dramatic dire prediction. I’d anything it will be an improvement on what was there the past 30 years. Please approve the request.
