Annie and the Graber family are wonderful people. I believe that Missouri Heights is meant for ranches and I don’t believe this would cause a huge amount of traffic for the area. I work up at Windwalkers down the street and we have several horses. We don’t cause that much traffic so I don’t know how, this should be a problem. I hope that you agree to let Annie start her future.

Keep Roaring Fork RANCHY. Say yes to horses and historic land use purposes. Say no to no to sterile housing developments with no practical use for agricultural land.

Keep this Ranch--we've lost too many to development. Don't let the voices of these neighboring NIMBY subdivisions be louder to you that an existing ranch that was in operation LONG BEFORE they were in existence!

I feel as if this is exactly what Missouri Heights is about- open space used for farming- small operations such as Annie’s horse Business. Annie is a long time local I trust to keep Missouri heights large open spaces and more natural. Big multimillion $$ homes hardly feels valley like or keeping Missouri heights as it has always been.

I support Missouri heights staying rural ranch land and that includes horses. As a longtime resident of Missouri Heights, I see neighbors against this development as a horse property is the ultimate NIMBY-ISM. I want horses and cattle, not houses in Missouri Heights.

I enthusiastically support this local roaring fork family's efforts to continue to run and expand this property as a horse ranch, providing this much needed service to the valley and keeping this area rural by doing so. I'm surprised it is even an issue. The county should not listen to the NIMBY rhetoric of the suburban complainers and outside influencers trying to turn this area into another millionaire and billionaire haven.
