its a disgrace committee should wake up & give clubs sensible deadlines to arrange firstly the finance then to complete the considerable amount of work involved

84 goals in 26 games? If they have secured the funding and can promise the improvements required then you are punishing the players and fans for something out of their hands. Not only that, you can easily look at this later and place points punishments or something similar. I'm pretty sure when teams get promoted higher up, they don't have to comply with ground and facility improvements for a period of time so they can actually reap some of the financial benifits they get from their promotion and use them for the improvements required. I think allowing this flexibility at this level, not just for this club, but any club achieving promotion in the future can only be a good thing for the game.
