It seems a presedent was set when Hesketh Bank was allowed extra time to finish improvements. It does not matter that the works were judged to be cosmetic.

If the club have secured funding & will get the infrastructure in place for the new season, then there should not be an issue with allowing them to be promoted! Ridiculous.

Absolute disgrace that Turton are prevented from promoting. It's a farce that they weren't allowed in the first place, but to hear they will have adequate facilities by the start of the season then what is the issue?
Poor management from the league and the West Lancs really have let themselves down!!
