Petitioning for Funcom to compensate people for broken chat/gear manager, and for not communicating enough with their clientbase
This is a means to draw further attention to the issues that have been troubling the player-base of Funcom's game, the secret world (Broken chat system, which is unacceptable in a multiplayer game; gear manager, which is essential to their implentation of leveling). In essence, we are demanding : a) more frequent and realistic updates on said issues. As paying clients for their product, we deserve to know the status of that for which we are paying for. b) compensation for withholding such issues prior to the product's launch and for failing to repair the game up to current date. A situation that has led many of their player-base to purchase additional packs for the game, and/or lifetime subscription, spending a lot of money on a broken product.
