Truro Needs a New Town Manager - Time to Change Now!

We can not allow this individual to continue to divide and destroy Truro and it’s citizens.

The Bureaucracy that has taken hold is financially wasteful, unfair to its employees, and finally, to the residents of Truro. This is a sad loss.

In keeping with the rural nature of Truro, all efforts must be extended to preserve what we all value

We need a new TM. One that has our rural beautiful town in his/her best interest.

Town Manager left seniors with no support during pandemic--shameful, while creating an expensive position of "communications director" without any input from us or process. We need a Town Manager that understands and respects Truro's history and character and people and works collaboratively.

Collaboration is key to any success and Truro deserves and will benefit from, a collaborative Town Manager. It is clear from recent events, the current Town Manager is NOT that desired collaborative partner. Please consider not renewing this employee’s contract.

Grew up in and live in Truro, it is not as rural as it once was and seems to be going down a path I am not happy with. I support a change at the Town Manager position.

I support the change for a new Town Manager, someone who will listen to the community he represents.

We need a town manager who works for all of us

Please do not renew the contract for this Town Manager as they are not in sync with the needs and desires of the community. What a failure to our community.

I have lived now in Truro for thirty years and want Truro to stay the unique rural Town that it is! We do not need a dictator for Town Manager who is not in touch with the citizens of this great Town. Please do not renew his contract.

We need new town goverment starting with the town manager. Boards that will be involved for the good of all. That will hear and will listen to the public's concerns and be a part of good solutions.

It has become clear to me that the current town manager refuses to work collaboratively with citizens of Truro. There are a number of instances that I could cite to support my opinion. Far too many to list here. But Truro needs a new town manager!!

I believe that we need a town manager that is collaborative in his or her approach to leadership.

I fully support this petition. I hope the select board will be responsive to the voters.

This town manager needs to go and we need a say in who will replace him.
