I do not support the re-plat of Benders Landing Estates Section 6. Residents have made investment decisions to reside here based on this area being a reserve. Don't try to change the rules on us once you've got our money!

Chris Wren with LGI told us in 2012 when we purchased our property in BLE that the reserves would not be developed and would be under control of the BLE POA. This is how is should remain.
