TN is a debilitating condition that steals your life and happiness from you leaving you in complete despair, it was named the "Suicide Disease" for a reason.

Please!

In my last attack, I felt like someone shot my head off and I lived to tell about it. I was unable to do anything for three weeks but cry out due to the pain. At the hospital they asked me on a scale of 1 to 10 how is your pain, my answer was a 15. A cure needs to to found. I don't understand how anyone could hold down a job and look after their family.

Hope for a cure - only those of us who suffer this know what I means to feel this kind of pain.

I have seen the effects this has on someone dear and how it affects the whole family. Prayers for support.

TN most horrible pain ever endured

So needing this added to the list of Work Diseases. I have had this for just a short time and have already lost my job.

Please add trigeminal neuralgia and facial pain to the list. The suffering is unbelievably unbearable to so many people.

I have had TN for over a year now and it has tried to take my life but I'm fighting hard. I am trying to get disability currently. I have type 2. It never leaves me. I am in constant unbearable pain. My whole world is pain now and how I to manage it.

I suffer from TN and other chronic illnesses like Crohn's and nothing can compare to the pain caused by TN.
