This is more pain than I believe possible. It causes misery and desperation which can last for years. It's not called The Suicide Disease for nothing. We need help, research and understanding. Please make it happen. Thank you.

We need to bring awareness as from the perspective of a TN sufferer and having a doctor trying to help by googling the internet or trying to find answers we need the information more readily available.

I was very recently diagnosed with TN. It's a very debilitating condition to have, and I am hoping for more awareness!

I live in Germany where hardly anyone knows what this illness is and it took so long for it to be diagnosed in my case that I thought suicide was my only option to end the pain. Something has to be done.

I have had this condition for the last 5 years. It took over 6 months to be diagnosed. Mostly I have been able to manage episodes to not more than 3 months through medication. But the latest episode has been continuing for 6 months. Advancements in research for TN would be appreciated.

I'm a TN patient. I went 25 years before I found a Dr that diagnosed me.
