International Trigeminal Neuralgia Awareness Day October 7th!

I suffer from this myself. Please help.

Trigeminal neuralgia is a horrible, debilitating, torturous condition. Please help us raise its profile and fund research efforts.

My husband suffers from this, and the doctors in Virginia are uneducated in how to deal with this. It is a debilitating disease and has to be taken seriously.

I suffer bi-lateral trigeminal neuralgia. I had micro vascular decompression of my trigeminal nerve on my right side which revealed arterial compression.

We need more research ...

This is an awful thing to have. The pain is excruciating, and there is no cure. Please please please add this the Health Topics list so that those of us who have this Thing have a chance of relief

I have this decease. There's is presently no cure. We need funding, awareness and understanding.

I was diagnosed with TN in 2013, I'm only 37 years old and would like to think that there is a cure on the way. I have a 4 year old and a baby on the way in October and don't want TN to affect my time with them. There must be something that can be done, how long will Tegratol keep the pain away for?

I suffer from bilateral trigeminal neuralgia. Had mvd surgery on left side on March 27th 2014. It was unsuccessful. Waiting to have the surgery done again but this time on both sides.

I have suffered with Trigeminal Neuralgia for over two years. I went from neurologist to neurologist and no one could tell me what was going on. It took me driving 3 hours to Atlanta, Ga before I was finally diagnosed in January of this year (2014). Please get TN out there so more people can understand and diagnose this horrible condition.

People with TN are in desperate need of more people being aware of their illness and are in even more of a need for a cure. It robs them of their quality life and us families of our loved ones.

Our daughter-in-law suffers from TN and it has stolen her quality of life. It affects the whole family. She was a ER Nurse, is a wife and mother of 2 beautiful girls. She has a large family that pray's for her and for a cure!! We love you our Brogan!

Tn slowly takes the will to live. After twenty years of constant pain, im getting there.
