International Trigeminal Neuralgia Awareness Day October 7th!

I am having bilateral Trigeminal Neuralgia I understand the pain patients suffering from this disease have and we wish that WHO should take this disease very seriously as no longer in India it’s a rare disease

I have been living with this for 18 years, have had 3 surgeries and it gets a little worse every time. HELP

Almost 7 years of suffering. Allergies to medication for disease. Loneliness and pain. Trying to keep working as a nurse, but every day is a struggle. Please help us.

Adding Trigeminal Neuralgia to the “Health Topic List” of illnesses will expand awareness, grant access to further resources, and create opportunities for funding and research. The pain felt is the most excruciating known to man.

Trigeminal neuralgia is when you can't touch your teeth together because of the excruciating pain or when just a gentle breeze that normally is welcome brushing across your face brings sudden searing pain. No one can understand the pain unless they've experienced it.
