He took this husband and father away from his loving family for NOTHING ! His young children never got to really know their father. And his wife lost her soulmate, best friend, husband and father to their 4 children. Which then made her the soul person to take care of them and all the income for the house. He should stay in jail.

I played Little League baseball at Huffman Baseball Ball Park with Brian back in the early 1970s when we were kids. It's frustrating to see this man is even alive, much less up for parole after killing Brian because he got caught trying to steal a few quarters from a Coke machine. If he is paroled and released back into society, he will become proof that it has become ok to commit theft and shoot to kill any witnesses.
