Sorry, i needed to correct my comment.
The reason for a trial, how did kate know there was any foul play before forensics examined their apartment?
If the window was left open by a alleged intruder, how come the door didnt slam shut before kate arrived, and yet only slammed shut during kates time in that apartment with only her fingerprint inside the window?
After kate decided there had been a abduction, how did she know it was safe to leave the twins alone to go back to the bar after a ten minute search?
Why would kate find it strange that the door was open since she wasnt on the previous checks to ask them if they had left the door open or a window?

The evidence against Gerry and Kate McCann is overwhelming in my opinion, but I feel they are being protected by people in power, and it's about time they were brought to justice. Nobody seems to care about the rights of a little girl who very likely died in apartment 5a.

They are GUILTY!! What truly grieving parent would ever say, "Where is the child?" in relation to their child being missing? Not one OUNCE of evidence points to an Abduction!! Not one!

Someone in is pulling out all stops to ensure that the mccanns are not brought to justice, so I agree that the petition should be heard and very soon .. Scotland Yard, should be seen to be doing its job , and at the very least show the public that it is doing what they are paid for and not take us the public for fools.

These people are getting away with the disappearance of their Daughter, and perverting the course of justice, lying, and setting up a fund when the police are looking for Maddie.
