Yes, this has gone on far too long, it has become a farce. If the police did their job properly, they would have had the suspects behind bars by now. We all want justice for Madeleine, so, let's have it, soon.

If nothing else they should be charged with 3 counts of child neglect, added to that the inconsistent statements and lies, plus the enormous cost to the tax payer. This farce must be ended and justice for Madeline must be done.

I really hope and prey along with many other people that this petition works, it's about time this was sorted so maddie can be put to rest in peace. So many wrongs in this trial that everyone can see but nothing gets done about it, let's hope this time.

This poor innocent child needs justice!! I believe her patents should go on trial as all they have done is lie about what happened to their daughter. Kate should have answered all questions police put to her as any innocent mother would if it could help find her child .

I believe Kate and Gerry McCann should be sent to trial over their daughters disappearance because of their deliberate lies in their rogatory interviews and Kates inability to give all information leading up to Madeleines disappearance including the 48 questions she refused to answer.
