The undersigned, residing in the city of Thief River Falls, MN, hereby petition the city council as follows, request: To establish a fenced-in, off-leash dog park where Thief River Falls citizens can exercise their dogs in a clean, safe environment without endangering or disturbing people, property or wildlife. To develop a well-maintained space, open to all dog lovers who are willing to uphold the park's rules and regulations. To view this park as a community project, in partnership with the city of Thief River Falls, designed to satisfy the needs of dog owners and non-dog owners alike.
