Ridiculous! We waved at this polite, well behaved, full of energy young man almost everyday during our walks on quarantine. This is what a neighborhood should be. More friendly folks and more time outdoors! HOA get over it!

Springhill. We had one our front as did our neighbors when our kids were little and our large tree existed that was over 15 years ago never an issue then
