I think tree swings in complementary colors enhance and promote the family friendliness that SBR is known for

I have 4 young kids who would love a tree swing in the front big oak. We don't have this option in the back. If it is tasteful and can be put up on a hook out of site when not in use then there is no reason to not allow theses swings!

My family would love to be able to have a swing in the front yard.

Things that promote family/outside fun should be allowed in Stonebridge Ranch.

Allowing tree swings in the front yard will only continue to encourage our kids to play outside and interact with each other. It will strengthen our sense of community. Telling kids to stay in their own backyards to swing will limit interactions with neighbors and damage our sense of community.

We sold our previous home partly because the prospective owner’s 3 year old son loved the swing in the front yard so much!! If you allow basket ball nets swings should also be allowed!

Why didn't you read the paperwork before you moved here? You could join a committee and work to change the rules.

I think a swing in the front yard promotes neighbors getting to meet and know each other. Great idea. Please change the bylaws to allow.

Let kids play in their front yards. Get them outside again.
