Shame on Red Funnel & Wightlink for not doing this before now. They only think of money, money, money. And shame on these lot travelling still to the Isle Of Wight in caravan's & to second homes etc, possibly spreading the virus from the big cities they live & work in. Thankfully we've only had a few cases over here compared to the rest of the country, but just imagine if there was a big break out of it here, our tiny Island & the hospital wouldn't be able to cope.

It's the sensible decision to make & should have been done long before now. Medical emergencies, freight supplies & essential workers only. Being on an Island and having that stretch of water between us & UK mainland is a big benefit at a time like this. Its just greed on the ferry companies part I think to still keep operating as normal, putting money before the safety and health of the IOW people

Unless its ESSENTIAL travel they should not (under the new movement restrictions) be moving about anyhow. Stop it.
