Horry County Schools first said they will abide by Federal Law, and adhere to the rules of Title IX. Then in 24 hours, they said they want to be apart of the appeal in Virginia. Virginia has all ready lost this battle in the 4th District of federal court.
This petition is being set up to tell the school district to stop. They provided the right answer to this situation. Everybody has equal rights. Everyone, especially children. There is no reason to waste money to pander to the Christian right.
Please help me to stop this madness. There has never been a transgender attack in a bathroom ever. Horry County let's do the right and moral thing.

stop wasting our tax dollars on this nonsense. let the kids just go to school in peace. nobody is getting hurt by someone using a bathroom.
