I am in the education business and am well acquainted with purchasing. If the purchases are a part of innovative technology then it would be easy for district to tell us about an exciting program or project.

I want the money at VCUSD to be spent on schools in Vallejo . Not the District. Enough money has been wasted on their new building. SMH
