I used to live in stone cross and now Westham. Friday street is notorious with many accidents. The speed limit needs to be reduced and a camera put in place.

The speed limit needs to be lowered and a much safer form of crossing installed,possibly with railings as extra protection for pedestrians approaching the junction.

We are very sad this little girl has lost her life so young, Friday street is a built up area with lots of roads running off it, 30mph or less is fast enough. Many children have to cross this road everyday, please lets make it safe for them all.

this road needs to be looked at !!!! this is 3rd accident since I have lived here !! The second fatality !!! It's a built up area !!! 4 schools are close to this road SHINEWATER South Downs stonecross & causeway the bypass has opened and runs parallel to this road so why has speed limit not been lowered ?????? & the stupid things in middle of the road are to small to stand in if u have a pram its a joke

Rest in peace little one, may your death not be in vain. If through this you can save another family from the hurt yours is feeling. my thoughts are with your family at this tragic time and also with the family of the lady who accidently hit you. Put in the crossing and also change the speed limit.

sad that such a young life was taken so early this should have been prevented ages ago with a zebra ir traffic lights as soon as the schools went up in that area to keep the children safe

It's really is time we get this pedestrian there. We live next to this crossing and have wanted this done years ago. A young girl has lost her life and her family a daughter and sister. Everyone please sign and share.
