Rt 24 Traffic Light & Road Improvements

Desperately needed for safety.

A traffic light is urgently needed at this location of Legion Road in Rt24/John J Williams Highway.

With all the new construction that has been completed and all those in the works, Sussex County is becoming a dangerous area to travel. This intersection at Legion Road and John J Williams Highway is very busy and waiting time is very long to get an opening. Perhaps timing of all lights along 24 should be reviewed. Many intersection leave those entering onto 24 in long waits such as Gravel Hill and at Harris Teeter. Timing is everything...

Thus is a dangerous curve and left turns are next to impossible.

I support this traffic light, as I seen some near misses, it will make it much safer

You take your life in your hands trying to get in or iut of Legion Rd. It is the only way into John Burton community, unless you go through Plantation Lakes an around. Rediculous. 600 new homes built behind us, many use this way to get onto 24, but no additional entrances or exits for this area. I have nearly been hut numerous times. It is only a matter of time, I'm sure, until it happens. PLEASE PUT IN A TRAFFIC LIGHT.

Dangerous intersection

Hard to turn left leaving and entering Legion Rd. Dangerous. Please put a light.

A need for a light

There is definitely a need for a traffic light at this intersection.

This light is sorely needed to decrease the accidents at this location.

Need a light or a reduction in the 50mph speed limit.

Also should put a DUI checkpoint at this intersection on Friday and Saturday nights.

Definitely need a light before someone gets killed
