Traffic light at 68-80 and Hwy 73 intersection DESPERATELY NEEDED.

Do you drive this section of road? Pulling out from 73 going towards Russellville there is a rise coming from Bowling Green that you can not see over. People are driving 70 plus an hour and there is no sight distance were you can even see which lane they are in. I do pull to the median. However, a semi or truck with a trailer doesnt have the room to pull into the median section. There is heavy heavy truck traffic there. I resepct your opinion but 1 life lost is too many when it could be prevented.

A light is really needed.

As a 911 dispatcher and a career firefighter, I believe that it is important to look at clear facts like this and take action. It would be irresponsible not to take an action this simple, that could easily save lives.

Something needs to be done. Seen to many wrecks there.

Something needs to be done to monitor the speed and dangerous drivers! The need for installing traffic signals at major intersections should be obvious. Protect the citizens who drive this highway everyday!

I have almost had a wreck here myself. We need a light there.

This has got to be the worst idea I have ever heard. The problem is people on there cell phones and not watching traffic. That’s why there is a median in the middle of the road there. People just don’t know how to drive anymore. That’s all this world needs is another traffic light. Dumbest idea ever.

I go through this intersection everyday. Something should be done. I’ve seen trucks have to sit and wait for 10 minutes to get enough of a break on each side to make the turn.

Iv lived in auburn my entire life and living on cavespring road i no how bad we need a traffic light at the 4way of shakertown especially now with more jobs comment to small town of auburn and also since they upped the speed limit to 65 on 68/80

This needs to happen I live off of 73 on cave spring side and it's very hard and scary at time to turn!!!!
