signing this bc as a vegan i have to wake up super early just to make my lunch due to the lack of choices and even when i did eat school lunch, the quality of it was very poor and had no nutritional value whatsoever. it was just pure low quality animal products. then again, the higher quality still isnt healthy so i say MORE VEGGIES and less animal products!! (or none at all but we all know thats not gonna happen due to this brainwashed society) additionally the posters in my cafeteria advertising how school lunch is "healthy" is pure propaganda

The DISD should really change the lunch they give us as students!!!

We dont like the type of food given in school. Most of the time the food is either rotten or ugly looking. Who would like to eat that food ? Not us, thats for sure. Many students only get the food to get one particular thing off the plate, and the rest goes to the trash without it even being open . If there was better quality of food there would probably be less starving students than what there is now.

We gotta win this. We need better food in lunch.

The food the give us isn't good at all and sometimes we get things that are expired and that's not good for us

I agree with Nathan and as all the other kids in DISD, i would share this to all my other peers.

The luch is ok at times but them burgers on monday are horrible and we should get oatmeal and panckaes with syrups back for breakfast

We need better food! I'm scared to touch my food ever since people started finding stuff like hairs and bugs! It's gotten to the point where I don't even go to lunch anymore, I would rather stay in my class and drink women water, leaving me absolutely hungry for the rest of the school day!

I'm not a current disd student but I was for nine years and I strongly agree with Nate.

I attend Skyline Magnet Center and I've experienced this same incident. The food they serve us isn't healthy, sanitary nor does it taste good. Even though I am graduating this school year, I wouldn't want any of my fellow peers in ANY school to go hungry at school ; because of the food they serve us #TradeTheTray ✊

There food there feeding us today is not real it's made out of non real or frozen food. I advice to watch food inc on Netflix today us children and people are being lied too.

I don't even go to Dallas ISD... But this is just unacceptable, y'all should have something that would at least sit on your stomach ‼️
