I'm a student at Thomas Jefferson high school in north Dallas and the food they give us will be cold as **** and they give us low quality food .WE NEED BETTER FOOD .even our health teachers tell us to try to make the district give us better food and all the teachers are with us too and we need to make them understand that we are tired of it ....

I am a senior at the School of Business and Management at Townview Magnet Center. I started packing my own lunch this year because I was so tired of eating nasty school food. Today, I forgot to pack my lunch because I was in a rush to get to school. I had no other choice but to go down to the cafeteria to pick something up. I got a package that contained a sandwich, juice bag, lettuce, and raisins. The sandwich was absolutely horrible! It smelled like it had been refrigerated for days and the lettuce was beginning to have brown on the edges. I had to stop eating it because I knew my stomach would react to it. Spent a whole day without eating today and it complete suck. DISD definitely needs to work on improving their lunches and providing more nutritional and TASTEFUL food!
