I am SO anxious to have a Trader Joe's in our community. This is a fantastic opportunity and there is constant building of new shops, restaurants and stores of kinds all the time. Can't understand the opposition!

I have shopped at Trader Joe's before in New Jersey and I loved it! Opening one in the Dr. Phillips area would be really great!

We shopped Trader Joe's for years in California and anywhere else we could find one. Since moving to Florida 25 years ago, we have longed to have a local Trader Joe's We have driven as far as Naples and Gainesville to shop at the new TJ's stores there. Dr. Phillips will be a great place for a store location. If you look at the footprint TJ's will take compared to the massive amounts of commercial property in the immediate area, it's clear the arguments (e.g., Sand Lake traffic)against TJ's are bogus.

This store, in which I shopped for about 15+ years in northern California before retiring to Orlando, supplied my family with a healthy, reasonable, variety, of meats, vegetables, grains, dairy, and interesting appetizers and aslready prepared lunch and dinners as well as recipe ideas weekly. The atmosphere is very friendly (first name basis with manager) and the store is so accessible because it is laid out easier than most with an array of freezer meals to delight any connoisseur. The store is easy to use because it is smaller than most. I have met friends there many times. I am excited to see the described setting and look forward to strolling outside near the proposed turtle pond with hopefully benches to be able to shop and then eat a prepared lunch outside. Also, hopefully the store includes a coffee kiosk attraction for we coffee lovers.

I love Trader Joe's. I wholeheartedly support it coming to Dr. Phillips. Anyone who opposes it likely has never shopped at a Trader Joe's.
