I look forward to having a Trader Joe's in our area. We used to shop regularly at a Trader Joe's in the Phoenix AZ area. It's a great store and would be a welcome addition to the Dr. Phillips area.

Trader Joe's would be a great addition to the Dr Phillips area. Almost all of Sand Lake is commercial so I think it would fit in with the existing development.

We desperately need a Trader Joe's in this area. Naples, FL has one and there have been no congestion issues. I think it's a perfect location! They offer healthy food options at reasonable prices.
