The news is official and the Parkside development is finally moving forward. I am incredibly relieved that we secured a Trader Joe’s for our neighborhood and reclaimed that space for all of us. Thank you for staying committed to this vision until the very end.

One hundred of us have already spoken up for the Parkside project. It feels incredible to see so many neighbors agree that our community deserves this upgrade.

As a huge fan of Trader Joes , I am very happy that they made it to Central Florida! However, please put in more parking! It may be more than Winter Park but with the eating area people will come and stay longer . Parking will again be another nightmare like Winter Park.
It's too bad Trader Joe's didn't lease at the Shoppes of Windermere! They leased the old Albertson's to WalMart in what the developer promised would be "The Rodeo Drive of the entire East Coast!" Looking forward to TJ's Two-buck Chuck, fresh produce, and real food. Huzzah!
This will be a great addition to our area. It will give the community greater choices and offer a more competitive grocery market in a city that is growing by leaps and bounds. Not to mention the jobs it will create and tax revenue!
So excited to see Trader Joes FINALLY coming to our community. I've been jealous of all my friend around the country who have enjoyed this store for years. This is a wonderfully unique store and will be an asset to everything Dr Phillips has to offer.
I've shopped at Trader Joe's in other parts of the country and have been impatiently waiting for a store in our area. I even contacted the company directly requesting they consider this area for an expansion store. Can't wait for this one!
Finally a store close to home. Beats driving from Winter Garden to Winter Park. I used to shop at a store close to my home, about 10 min's drive in Oceanside, NY How about scouting out a location on W Colonial Dr from Ocoee to Clermont on SR 50

I fully support Trader Joe opening at Dr. Phillips. It will offer quality and afforable food for the community that is desperately needed. I moved from NY to Fl and was very disappointed to find out that no Trader Joe's were in Orlando. Please build ASAP.
