We Trust that our city council representatives and mayor will make a great choice in good faith for the upcoming vacant seat for Tracy's city council. Ray Morelos is the obvious choice, the community has already spoken. I sign this petition to share my support for Ray as our representative. He knows where Tracy has been, where it stands and has been invested in our community to assure the direction taken is towards progress, stability and safety. Ray Morelos is accountable to me as a resident and the needs of my neighbors. Through the appointment of Ray Morelos for the upcoming vacant seat, the city council will be making a positive statement that it is attentive to the community’s voice and proper representation when it comes to highlighting the needs and demographics of Tracy's population.
