I have known this young mans family before he was born and he is a great kid that made a horrible mistake and I know that if he were given a second chance he would be a productive member of society

A mistake? Redemption? This THUG was involved in the fatal gang beating of an innocent boy who they chose at random. If he was was pursuing his collegiate dreams then why was he going to a high school party that he was not invited to and starting fights? Monique Rivarde will never be able to talk to or hug her son because of your son. Let him stay behind bars since he went out of his way to put himself there.

I've watched Tracen Franklin grow into a fine young man since the time he was 3years old. Tracen was determined to be successful in life. He was grateful when he knew he was attending college looking for success. His mother stress the importance of education. If had to put my life on it I know this young man will be successful in life with a second chance. Tracen is not a killer. He just young man that made a mistake. He has a bright future ahead of him he doesn't deserve to sit in jail for life.
