This would be the such a wonderful project if passed for our beach of Fort Myers. It is long overdue.

The Town of Ft Myers Beach hired the best professional planner that wrote our Towns documents and he believes that it fits our Comp plan and LDC! I have faith in Bill Spilkowski and feel his recommendations are good! It's been an eye sore and a huge loss in taxes for our Island for 14 years and it's time to move forward!

We will not find another developer who will do as much to try and work within the will of the people. We need to assure that the TPI FMB project goes forward.
