It only takes for him to cross the right person the wrong way.Then will it be justified?

THIS MENACE TO SOCIETY MUST BE STOPPED! In 2010, I witnessed Officer Phillip "Glove" Tobin force his way in to a person's home, when he was looking for an assault suspect. It was not a case of hot pursuit, in which the officer would have had to see the suspect run in to the house. Actually, the suspect was farther up the block, observing the entire occurrence. Later that evening, Glove went back to the corner of the same block, and yelled out to everybody, saying he would arrest anybody who would come out on the street that night. A few words for Philip Tobin: You are not the law. You do not make the law. You are finished in Thomaston, Georgia. With God's help, you are finished in law enforcement, altogether. Pack your bags, find a big rock to crawl under, and make yourself at home.

He has been harassing me since 2008-2012.. GOD PLEASE GET RID OF THIS DEVIL ON THE POLICE FORCE but even if he get away GOD STILL HAS A PLACE FOR HIM.....

I think that he should be took out of office because he is tazing people for no reason after they put their hands up!!!!!!! And he locked me up for no reason before!!!

What he is doing is abuse of his authority and he must be stopped before someone take it upon themselves to do so. He needs to seek some professional help to find out why is he so angry.

Officer tobin used a stun gun on me about 4 years ago. i was suicidal and angry depressed and he used the stun gun to restrain me. Stunned me 3-4 times which i thought was overdoing and not the right way to handle that situation...

First of all, I am a white person;let me say, many blacks here are actually nicer and more intelligent than your stereotypical 'white' guy. However; this persecution of blacks and whites by insane officers like Phillip Tobin has to stop; Greathouse is not such a bad guy; let's not blame everything on him:our stupid georgia politicians keep medical marijuana illegal; marijuana is already Totally legal in Colorado; The police have harrassed people here for years for small personal amounts; I urge all blacks and whites,even police officers, to demand total legalization. As long as it is illegal it will be in the hands of the drug dealers and the police; it could be tainted and much more harmful. As far as Greathouse goes, he should be ashamed of himself for using his power to continue a senseless war on a plant that is already totally legal in many states. As far as Tobin goes, he needs to be sued in Macon Federal Court for violations of civil rights, etc. This is what will happen. To all the black people out there fighting against him, I want you to remember that Thomaston has caused too many personal and mental problems for too long for the innocent and human; that all white people do not hate you; and that if you let us we can learn how to be happier together;As far as Monica Snipes, Tobin, etc, goes, they have made their living from the destruction of other peoples' souls; their time will come when man and God will say "Enough's Enough,"

he is a ignorant police and think he is above the law because he has to inforce the law by bullying law abiding citizens. His bitch ass ways has cause him to harm people and now he will pay because he is now and will be off the job he once took advantage of.
