We, the residents of Gachibowli, Kondapur,Madhapur,Banjara Hills,Kukatpually...and many more areasin Hyderabadhave been suffering from bad smelling air for the past few years.

The air stinks of chemicals and it becomes acute during certain weather conditions and wind directions. We have noticed that this foul smell is very strong during night when everyone is sleeping.

For the past month or so it's getting worse. People living in our community, especially children, have been complaining of headaches and respiratory problems which could be because of the toxins in this foul smelling air. We have made several verbal complaints to APPCB but, to no avail. We are really concerned about the long term ill effects on our health by these fumes.

The APPCB has taken sample of the air, but has yet to provide us with any information on their sampling efforts.

Each undersigned name wishes to express deep disappointment with the APPCB officials to take this matter seriously and do something about it as soon as possible.
