Absolute disgrace. NSHAMA team came around to check the AC. Said the actuators were the issue and then blamed the thermostat speed issue for not cooling enough. Extortionate AC bills need addressing immediately

We have been in our apartment for just over 1 month. We only have a 1 bedroom apartment approx 800 sqm and our bill was 500AED which is totally unacceptable. This should be about 250AED.

I’ve stayed in big 4 bedroom villa with 4 air conditioners running 24/7. I’m town square even when I’m gone half the month and only using 1 air conditioner my monthly account is more. It is unbelievable that the chiller fees are so high.

The bills don't make any sense. It's getting higher and higher. I was on holidays and the bills went higher.
