We received our first chiller bill recently and were shocked to find a single month being 1200AED the air conditioner has not been on much at all. There must be some kind of error and even if not it's too expensive.

I believe is not a right one special if they have system down for July I have already escalated to nshama but they doesn’t listen

I don’t use AC all day, I keep it at 24.5 when I do and I get crazy high bills! Math doesn’t add up and I’m sure they are ripping us off!

I got my bill 808 AED for 1 bedroom in Hayat Bouliverd 1A from 1july to 31 August Which I shift on 7 August and for 15 days AC was not working and I Rais 2 complaint to fix the AC so we consider that Amount from 22 August since AC is working and also no one available at home from 7Am till 8 pm evening and Ac is off so 808AED is Too Too much kindly solve that issue.

Our air conditioner has been on pretty much the same usage since December however the monthly bill has shot up by more than double the normal average .

Hayat Blvd, 1 BR Apt., There is an issue with the meter, as the consumption has unreal number for such a small apartment. I used the A/C in hte apartment only for 12 days and I am charged over 400 AED.

Got charges 980aed for one and half month however i was using the ac for 15 days only cannot be 3300 kw for 1.2 ton AC in that period something wrong with meter
