We live in 2 bedroom apartment and the price is almost 3 times the amount of the 3 bedroom we used to live in. Something has to be wrong.

Both the chiller fees and the community fees are extremely high and do not offer value for money. For example we live in a small 2 bedroom apartment in Safi and pay considerably higher community fees than those living in 3 bedroom villas in Mira, opposite Town Square. Nshama have never shown an interest in consulting with residents, they are only interested in sales and profits.

My DEWA bill based on the same consumption month on month has increased 200dhs/month on month to over double that of the original bill since we moved in April which is unacceptable. We have had Nshama facilities in to check the system however it is still just as high. This needs to be addressed

I am living in Warda 1, also my chiller bill does come very high and complained many times to Nshama facility management but they didn’t do anything. Also cooling is not proper.
